Will it shrink after the wash?
As per the global standards, it can shrink upto 5% but if proper Wash care instructions are followed,
shrinkage can be controlled upto 2%
Will the color bleed on washing ?
There is negligible color bleeding but in cases of detergent abuse, it might bleed very little. Further details

Are there any additional charges for COD orders ?
COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card or online shopping
is not your forte. Sucoon offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your
order and make cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item.
How do I place a return/exchange request on Sucoon?
If you want to place Return / Exchange request log on to https://sucoon.in/
• Create a ’Return Request’’ under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after
tapping on the ’Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
• We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:
1. All product tags intact and in their original packaging
2. Product must be unused
3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition
How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return?
We take anywhere between 7-10 working days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders,
the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made. For all Cash on
Delivery orders, refunds can be in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account
If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?
We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product
please raise a replacement request within 7 days of product delivered. You will also have the option to
choose refund for the product.
What is the estimated delivery time?
